The terms for using this website. A project’s scope, price, schedule and warranties are agreed with CRu separately.
This website is run by CRu Custom Wine Cellars and Saunas, Inc. (“CRu”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They do not cover any design, supply or installation work. The terms of any project, including its price, schedule and warranties, are agreed separately between you and CRu, and those terms apply to the project instead of anything on this site.
This site introduces CRu and the kind of work it does. It is general information, not an offer, a quote or professional design or engineering advice. What a room can hold, what it needs, how long it takes and what it costs depend on the space and are worked out with you during a project. No prices are published here.
Many of the photographs show products from the manufacturers CRu works with and are credited as manufacturer, supplier or design-inspiration photography; they are not presented as CRu’s own installations. The homepage’s opening image is a concept illustration. Product details, finishes and availability are set by each manufacturer and can change.
Sending the Start a Project form begins a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve anything or commit either of us to going ahead. We aim to reply to every genuine inquiry, but cannot promise a reply or a response time. How we handle what you send is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the photos, plans and other material you send. You allow CRu to store and use it to understand your inquiry, reply to it and, if you go ahead, carry out the project. We will not publish it without your permission. Please only send material you have the right to share.
CRu designs, specifies, coordinates and installs. It does not manufacture the racking, cabinetry, enclosures, cooling equipment or saunas it specifies; those are made by their manufacturers, such as Kessick, VintageView, Wine Guardian, Helo, the Fittings Metal Collection and Wine Racks America. Manufacturers’ names and trademarks belong to them and are used here only to identify their products. Product warranties depend on the manufacturer and the terms agreed for your project.

The text, design and code of this site belong to CRu, and the photographs to CRu or the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it, but please do not reproduce or reuse its content without permission.
The site links to a few other websites, such as our profiles on Houzz and social media and our providers’ privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not promise that it will always be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, CRu is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights under any agreement for a project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be heard in the courts located in Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version shown here is the one that applies.
